These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and GalaCommand, a Tanzania-based digital software service. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using GalaCommand, you agree to these terms. If you use GalaCommand for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
GalaCommand provides web-based event-management tools, including digital invitations, guest and RSVP management, planning tools, collaborator access, records, media and event-day features. Features and limits depend on the plan shown on our pricing page. GalaCommand is not an event planner, bank, payment institution, venue or emergency service.
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for granting collaborators only the access they need. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter this agreement.
One Event Pass is a one-time purchase for one selected event. Professional and Business plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscription charges recur automatically until cancelled. Prices, billing frequency, currency, applicable taxes and the total amount due are displayed before payment. Our authorized payment provider processes checkout and billing information.
You may cancel a subscription through the available billing controls or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not normally end access already paid for; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. One Event Pass does not renew automatically. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
Organizers control the event information they enter, the guests and collaborators they invite, and the content they publish. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use guest information, obtaining permissions for uploaded photographs, videos and music, communicating accurate event details, and complying with laws applicable to your event.
GalaCommand may help organizers record, categorize or reconcile contribution and expense information. Unless a separately identified regulated payment service is offered, these tools are administrative records only. GalaCommand does not hold event contributions, guarantee payment claims, provide banking services or give financial advice.
You may not use GalaCommand unlawfully; infringe privacy, copyright or other rights; upload malicious or deceptive material; harass others; gain unauthorized access; interfere with the service; resell access without permission; or use invitations, messages or payment records to commit fraud. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant GalaCommand a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure and improve the service and provide the experiences you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the content.
We work to keep GalaCommand reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control may affect access. We may improve or change features while preserving paid access in a reasonable manner. Important changes will be communicated where appropriate.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GalaCommand is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, event disruption caused by inaccurate user content, or failures of third-party venues, vendors, networks or payment providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using GalaCommand at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security risks, non-payment or legal requirements. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Provisions concerning payment, content rights, liability and disputes survive termination where applicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns in good faith. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Tanzania may hear unresolved disputes, without limiting consumer rights that apply in a customer's country.
